SENATE BILL NO. 339 "An Act relating to the management of                      
state land and resources; relating to certain remote parcel and                
homestead entry land purchase contracts and patents; and providing             
for an effective date" was read the second time.                               
                                                                               
Senator Miller moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Resources Committee Substitute offered on page 3553.                    
Senator Kerttula objected, then withdrew his objection.  There being           
no further objections, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 339(RES) "An                     
Act relating to the management and disposal of state land and                  
resources; relating to certain remote parcel and homestead entry land          
purchase contracts and patents; and providing for an effective date"           
was adopted.                                                                   
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 339(RES) was read the second time.                      
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
SENATE BILL NO. 339(RES) be considered engrossed, advanced to                  
third reading and placed on final passage.  Senator Kerttula objected.         
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw his               
motion to advance to third reading.  Without objection, it was so              
ordered.
